Refund Policy

This policy explains refund eligibility, how to submit a request, and how funds are returned for VPNFresh subscriptions. Refund requests are handled through support tickets in the user panel.

Request window and refund scope

You may request a full refund within 60 days of your first payment. The window begins with the account’s first successful payment and is verified against the time the support ticket is submitted. You do not need to cite connection issues or inability to use the service, or complete troubleshooting before applying.

When submitting a request, identify the order or orders to be reviewed. List monthly subscriptions, data packages, upgrades, or multiple payments separately. The window for the first payment does not restart with every later payment. The relevant orders and refund amounts will be reviewed and confirmed in the ticket.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. These usage rules are separate from the refund window; a data package’s non-expiring status does not extend that window. Requests submitted after the window are outside this commitment, but you may submit a ticket to explain your circumstances.

Eligibility and order verification

You may request a refund within the window if you no longer need the service or your experience differs from your expectations. Having connected to a route or used some data is not, by itself, grounds to deny a no-questions-asked refund. This policy does not impose an unpublished data-usage threshold.

Orders that were not successfully paid, were canceled, or have already been refunded have no paid amount available for another refund. If you see a duplicate charge or a mismatch in payment records, provide the relevant proof so the payment can be verified and the same transaction is not processed twice.

Disputes involving excess usage, account violations, payment ownership, or unusual transactions require a review of the order and related records. A refund decision will not be based solely on a status label. Account-use concerns and payment verification are reviewed separately. If more information is needed or processing encounters an issue, the reason will be explained in the ticket.

How to request a refund

Sign in to the user panel, open the support ticket portal, state that you are requesting a refund, and list the relevant orders. You may provide a reason, but it is not required for a no-questions-asked refund request.

  • Provide your username, order number, and the name of the relevant plan or data package.
  • Provide the payment date, amount paid, and payment method. If the order cannot be matched, include transaction proof.
  • Tell us whether you have already requested a refund or opened a dispute through the payment provider so the status can be checked.

Cover any information in your proof that is not needed for verification. Do not submit your login password, payment password, wallet private key, or recovery phrase. If information is missing, add it to the original ticket. Keeping everything in the same ticket helps us review the request time, handling notes, and return records together.

Refund method and payment status

Refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Once verification is complete, the ticket will specify the orders involved, refund amount, and return method. If a refund cannot be returned through the original method, the reason and an alternative must be confirmed first. Refunds are not automatically converted to account credit or other service benefits.

When funds arrive depends on order verification, payment provider processing, and the receiving account’s posting status. This policy does not promise an unconfirmed arrival time. Submitting a request, passing verification, and receiving the funds are separate stages; check the ticket and payment records for each.

If you receive a refund-completion notice but the payment record has not updated, reply in the original ticket with the transaction status for review. A “refund processing” status in the panel alone does not mean the funds have arrived.

Payment methods and what happens after a refund

Payments made with Alipay or WeChat Pay are returned through the original transaction where possible. The payment provider’s records determine where the funds appear. If the original transaction cannot be refunded, the next steps will be reviewed through a ticket. You will not be asked to send a separate payment to someone else to complete a refund.

USDT transfers generally cannot be returned by reversing the original transaction. If a separate transfer is needed, confirm the receiving address, network, and amount basis in the ticket. Any network fees or conversion details must be explained and confirmed first; no unpublished rates or deductions are assumed.

After a refund is completed, the service benefits associated with that order will be adjusted according to the refund outcome. Refer to the panel status and ticket notification.
