Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data is processed, why it is processed, and what choices are available when you use the VPNFresh website, user panel, and subscription services.
Account Data and How It Is Used
VPNFresh does not require an email address to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. An email address is not a required registration field. Your username identifies your account, and your password is used for authentication. Do not include personal information unrelated to the service in your username, support tickets, or attachments.
This service processes subscription status, data usage, order records, payment status, and support ticket content to provide subscriptions, verify transactions, handle refunds, and respond to questions. Data usage is used for billing and allowance management, not to reconstruct browsing activity. Screenshots and details submitted voluntarily are used only to handle the related request. Before submitting, hide passwords, subscription credentials, and sensitive payment information.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Information
VPNFresh follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing history, request content, or DNS query history. It does not create records that can be used to trace an individual's browsing activity.
During a connection, status information needed to establish a session, forward data, and calculate subscription usage is used only for as long as necessary. This service does not persistently store connection logs linking a user's identity, source address, destination address, and connection time. Temporary session status is cleared when a connection ends or is no longer needed for processing. Account data totals are managed separately from browsing logs.
To troubleshoot an issue, you can provide client error messages and necessary environment details through a support ticket. This service does not ask for browsing history. Diagnostic materials are managed as ticket data and are not turned into records of browsing activity.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral categories, and feature clicks so we can improve content and workflows. Analytics are limited to website and user panel usage. They do not include the websites visited through subscription connections, and should not collect passwords, authentication credentials, or complete subscription URLs.
Cookies and local storage support essential sessions and save language preferences and login status. Authentication credentials may be stored locally in your browser, so do not keep a logged-in session on a shared device. Signing out or clearing site data can remove local status, but will not automatically delete account and order data on the server. Restricting storage may require you to sign in again or may reset your preferences.
Payment Processing and Data Sharing
Payments made through Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are handled by the relevant third-party payment channels. VPNFresh receives the transaction identifier, amount, and payment result needed to verify an order. Users should not provide payment passwords, wallet private keys, or recovery phrases through support tickets.
Payment channels handle payment data under their own policies; their pages and systems are outside the scope of this policy. This service provides relevant data only as necessary to deliver the service, complete payments, resolve disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use account data for third-party marketing.
Retention Periods and Data Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are retained until transaction checks and dispute handling are complete and any applicable legal retention obligations have ended. Support tickets and diagnostic materials are deleted or de-identified after the issue and any necessary review are complete. This policy does not promise a fixed retention period without a basis; data is not routinely used after its retention purpose has ended.
You can sign in to the user panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data. Account ownership must be verified before processing a request. Deletion may affect access to subscriptions and historical records. If some data cannot be deleted because of an outstanding transaction or legal obligation, we will explain the reason and scope. Residual data in backups is removed through normal rotation and is not restored for routine business use.
Policy Updates and Your Choices
If data purposes or processing methods change, this page will be updated with revised text and the latest update month. Material changes will be explained in an announcement in the user panel. Where applicable rules require separate consent, it will be requested separately; publishing a new version does not replace any required authorization.
You can also read the Terms of Service and Refund Policy before using the service. If you have questions about data processing or want to withdraw consent for optional processing, submit a request through a user panel support ticket. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully or remove obligations to retain necessary transaction records.
