During peak evening hours, a single speed test tells only part of the story. Check whether pages keep responding, videos play without repeated buffering, and long sessions stay connected. VPNFresh offers routes in 100+ countries and 180+ locations; compare options based on your local network and the region required by your target service. If access slows down, keep your current app settings and try another route before changing other options. Performance also depends on your local network and the destination website, so choose based on your own results.
VPNFresh uses military-grade encryption to protect data in transit over cross-border connections. To get started, download the client and subscription from the user panel, import them, then check your connection status. A failed connection does not mean your traffic is protected. Encryption and account security are separate: keep your username and password safe, and don't share your subscription publicly. Before visiting important websites, check the URL and your browser's security warnings. Route encryption does not replace the security measures of the destination website.
Connect as many devices as you need and switch between computers, tablets and other personal devices. VPNFresh supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. Sign in to the user panel to get your subscription, then import it into the client on each platform. Device limits and data allowances are separate: unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data. Plan for video streaming, file transfers and background tasks based on your actual usage. When switching devices, first check that your subscription is still active, then verify the client connection to narrow down any issues.
When using AI tools such as Gemini and Cursor, check connection access and account access separately. First verify your subscription and client status, then choose a route that matches the service's regional requirements. Finally, test sign-in, chat or editing features. For ongoing sessions, keep the same exit region where possible to reduce repeated verification. VPNFresh provides cross-border network connections, but each third-party platform sets its own supported regions, account eligibility, paid features and usage policies. The route region alone cannot guarantee access.
When streaming, identify the region of the catalog you want, then choose a route in that region. Loading the home page does not guarantee full playback, so also check account sign-in, video playback and whether playback resumes after seeking. Keep an eye on your remaining data during long viewing sessions: monthly plans suit regular use, while data packs suit occasional use and never expire until used up. Catalogs, membership eligibility and playback rules are set by each streaming platform. If you see a regional restriction, check the platform's guidance and test playback rather than relying on the route name alone.
VPNFresh offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. To assess whether the service suits you, consider the devices you use, when you connect and which websites you need to access—not just someone else's network experience. For a refund or an order issue, sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket with the relevant order details and request so the conversation can continue in one place. Plan prices, data rules and refund terms are listed on separate pages. Reviewing them before you start can help distinguish connection issues from plan selection or refund requests.

Coverage includes 100+ countries and 180+ routes. Browse popular regions below; a region name alone does not specify a city or route type, or guarantee streaming playback.
For everyday browsing, compare options such as Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore, then judge by page responsiveness and how the connection holds up over time. If an AI tool or streaming service requires a specific region, check the platform's regional rules before choosing an exit location. Geographic distance is only one factor; the actual route, local carrier and destination website can all affect your connection.
Check the user panel for the current list of cities and route types. Don't assume a route is dedicated, relayed or direct based on its name, or treat one successful connection as a guarantee for every app. A better approach is to save routes that work for your regular tasks and compare them one at a time if an issue comes up. Avoid changing routes, account settings and app settings all at once.

Latency and bandwidth figures are for comparing routes only; they don't represent actual speeds in your apps or at destination websites.

Get the clientNo email address is required to create an account; just use a username and password. Keep your login details safe. In the user panel, get the client for your device, choose a plan that fits your needs, then retrieve and import your subscription. Launching the client does not mean the subscription is active. After importing it, check the route list, connection status and access to websites you use regularly.
You can get clients for all platforms except iOS after signing in; the iOS download requires an active plan. When switching devices, get the appropriate download from the panel rather than searching public pages for installers or forwarding someone else's subscription. If importing fails, first check that the copied details are complete and your plan is active, then follow the troubleshooting guide.
After connecting, use an IP check page to see your current exit location, then test the services you need. A change in exit region only shows that your network route has changed; it does not grant eligibility for a destination platform. If a website works in your browser but an app doesn't, first check the app's proxy settings and its own error messages.
Start by considering how often you'll use the service, then estimate your data needs. Monthly plans suit regular use; data packs never expire and last until used up. All plans allow unlimited simultaneous devices.
¥9.9 / month
A good fit for web browsing, research and light AI tool use. If you often stream video or transfer files, check your actual usage in the panel before deciding whether to switch plans.
¥18 / month
A good fit if you stream or transfer files alongside everyday work. Track your usual tasks and data use to see whether this plan matches your habits.
¥28 / month
A good fit for heavier streaming, downloads and work tasks. The larger data allowance can accommodate higher usage, but keep an eye on background updates and ongoing transfers.
Monthly plan data resets on your sign-up date. Upgrades mid-cycle are prorated for the remaining days. Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.

Data packs never expire and last until used up. If you need access only while traveling, for a short-term research project or occasional streaming, compare plans based on how you use them—not just the upfront price. Monthly plans and data packs follow different data rules, so review each separately. See the plan page and user panel for the exact features included.
Video quality, file sizes, background syncing and time spent online all affect data use, so labels like “work” or “streaming” can't provide a one-size-fits-all estimate. Once you start, check your remaining data in the panel and compare it with your usual tasks. Then decide whether to keep your current plan or switch. Don't confuse the number of devices with your data allowance.
VPNFresh offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. Before paying, check the plan's data allowance, billing terms and refund policy. For order or connection issues after payment, submit a support ticket through the panel. When comparing services, clear pricing, documented setup steps and data rules that fit your needs are more useful than vague speed claims.
Start with the problem you're trying to solve: choose routes by region and use case, follow platform-specific setup steps, or review the trade-offs between low prices and data allowances before comparing plans.
Learn how to choose a route based on region, route type and what you need to do. Video streaming, AI tools and everyday browsing each have different requirements—start with your task, then compare actual connection results.
Read the route selection guide →Start by getting the client, then import your subscription, allow the VPN configuration and check your exit location. Check installation, subscription and connection separately to avoid unnecessary trial and error.
Read the iOS guide →Compare options by budget, data allowance, speed limits and support. Look at service terms alongside the price so you don't overlook the details that affect everyday use.
Read the budget comparison →An Android connection dropping doesn't always mean the route is at fault. Check background restrictions and battery settings first, then weigh the pros and cons of per-app proxy settings. Troubleshoot device issues separately from network issues.
Read the Android guide →If you haven't set up a client before, start with the getting started guide. It walks you through account setup, choosing a plan, importing your subscription and testing the connection. If you can already connect but have questions about maintenance, moving to another device or advanced use, read the complete guide. Separating step-by-step instructions from background explanations makes it easier to find what you need.
When submitting a support ticket, mention your platform, where the issue occurs and whether switching routes changes anything. Avoid vague reports like “it doesn't work,” and never post your password or full subscription publicly. A clear description can help identify whether the issue is with your account, client configuration, local network or destination service.
